Why Would Anyone Want to Live Here?

Between the free public transportation, the weather, the Kid's Room at the Public Library, and the Chili and Pizza at Baked, I can't understand why someone would want to subject themselves to all this community and ease. It's so much more annoying than a place like, say, Los Angeles.
