If you build it
Spring brings with it the crisp air, heirloom tomatoes and debates about the necessity of daylight savings time; as well as the desire to throw out and start anew. This, combined with the feeling of being over-sold, over-marketed, and over-segmented by the mass-market retail and advertising industries led me to build the items you see below -- custom designed and tailored to meet the exact (though somewhat screwy) needs I have.
Is this merely a desk and a toy train table? Take them as such if you must, or consider them as somethign else -- perhaps even, say, incidences of rebellion, a sharply focused protest. A blip in the GDP EKG. And I say to ye: go forth...and built ya'll anew.
(Anyway, they'll be pretty cool when they're stained).

i'm all for throwing things out and building anew. that desk frame is looking nice and solid, and when it's done you can use it to pound out some mass-marketed, segmented crap for *other* suckers to buy. ;-)
